GYTA53+33 Optical Fiber Cable
The structure of the GYTA53+33 optical cable involves placing 250µm optical fibers into loose tubes made of high modulus materials, with the loose tubes filled with waterproof compounds. The cable core has a central metal strength member. The loose tubes (and filler rods) are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact and circular cable core, with the interstices within the core filled with water-blocking compounds. After the plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped, an inner polyethylene sheath is extruded. Then, double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped, followed by the extrusion of a polyethylene outer sheath. Finally, the cable undergoes single fine round steel wire armoring, and an outer polyethylene sheath is extruded to form the cable.
